The RCA 400 is a solid made film projector from the 1950s. The item is in good condition and be used however, it will need a light-bulb. It has not been tested with an actual film to test the sound but should be working fine as the cord looks to be in good condition. This is a vintage item and has been stored most of its life with only a few scratches on the front. Can be restored to look brand new fairly easily.
