This is a business that can be run from a garage or small shop. Most of the equipment has been sold but this is all the proprietary molds needed to produce a Hybrid Style holster, as well as all Kydex clamshell style holsters. Sale includes 200-300 replica firearms, 200-300 2 part molds for the hybrid style holsters (capable of over 300 different gun models including magazine carriers as well). Some equipment is also included. Thousands of parts extra hardware and clips also included.

Clicker Press for cutting leather patterns (Hydraulic is best, but air operated clickers will work too)

The basic process.
The black molds pictured are two part, one to mold with and one to flush trim to the perfect size.
Basically heat up kydex, vacuum mold, rough trim with bandsaw, final trim with router and trim mold. Buff edges smooth.
Using appropriate die stamp/click out leather backer, sand the back for a suede texture, place newly formed shell on leather usinig replicas for proper placement, tape in place, drill holes, install rivets and hardware and press rivets with arbor press. Thats a basic rundown on production. One person can easily produce 50-100 per day (k a day easily). These holsters sold at a piece with a very high profit margin.

All our two part molds were 3d scans of the guns and then cnc machined out of HDPE for long lasting durability. Well over 0k was spent in producing these. These molds are what allowed us to produce holsters in a production method versus one at a time.

This is a large amount and weight of items to ship, so a small truck and trailer would be best for pickup (approximately 2-3 pallets). We may be able to help arrange shipment on pallets. Any shipping will be at the buyers expense.
