ANTIQUE CELLO BY JOHN JUZEK CIRCA 1920's Made in Prague Incredible!! W/Case RARE

This is an Excellent Antique Cello - Made By - John Juzek - Circa 1920-30's - Made in Prague Czech - Incredible!! W/ Soft Case. This does need some repairs but can be played as is. If this Cello could talk it would be a Never Ending Novel!! My Great Aunt - used this in the Lexington Philharmonic even before it was an organization. She used this in the Lexington Symphony & the Fayette Orchestra & they then combined to make the Lexington Philharmonic. She was born in Pineville Kentucky in 1919. A Double Major in College before women had rights! - Even Accidentally drafted into WWII because they drafted all Math Majors not even thinking there would be a women on the list in the 1940's. Incredible story she loved to tell. She taught all 12 grades at a small school in Kentucky before becoming a Music & Math Professor at Transylvania University in Lexington Ky. She retired in the 1980's. She still used this in the Philharmonic until 2015. They gave her a Golden Ticket to attend any & all future events! She used this in many Duet's all across this side of the US as well. She Held First Chair for many Years in the Philharmonic Using this Cello. This was the instrument of her choice. This was repaired in Cincinnati by Albert V. Mertes. in the 1950's or 1960's - This has a sticker inside as well. I even took this to the Antique Roadshow. They were going to put this on there show but I guess I didn't have the surprise factor they were looking for. I knew a little too much about this so they didn't show this on TV - oh well. This looks better than the pictures show. This has a small ding in the bottom as shown in the pictures. I have another one of her cello's I am listing as well. Also I have 2 Bow's I will be listing.
