    . The coins are made of nickel and are in
    Very Fine Condition
    . Beside the release year there is a letter marking the production place (R=Rome). The back of the coin depicts the Albanian two-headed eagle, framed by the Fascist axes, while the front contains the portrait of Victor Emmanuel III, wearing a military helmet.1 LEk and 2 Leke are  only in year 1939 because 1940 and1941 are  very very rare.
